Notice: All presentations will be done orally. There will no longer be any poster presentations.

  1. Participants are expected to be present in the presentation room 10 minutes before presentations begin.
  2. Presentations are done in English.
  3. Presentation files (ppt and pdf) must be sent to the committee by email (registration.ichti@ugm.ac.id) after the abstract is declared passed.
  4. Presentation files are named with the format: ICHTI2019_(participant’s name)_Oral Presentation.
  5. Presentation files are sent through email with the subject: ICHTI2019_(participant’s name)_(institution).
  6. Maximum 10 slides for the presentation, with 1 slide at the beginning (introduction) showing the ICHTI logo, participant’s name, institution, and title of research. You can download ICHTI logo here.
  7. Each participant has 20 minutes for their presentation, with 10 minutes to present, 5 minutes for questions & answers, and the rest as a precaution.
  8. The committee will give a warning when there are only 3 minutes left to present and reserves the right to stop a presentation or a questions & answers discussion if there is no time remaining.
  9. The order of presentations will be randomly made by the committee.
  10. Participants’ phones are set on silent while presentations are ongoing.
